Teacher Leadership Institutes

     ECRC Institutes are organized to meet both the mastery of utilizing Motivator Maps and teaching instructors to work with change models to lead education change and programming at their particular location. These dynamic four day institutes empower educators to analyze educational need, develop a plan of action using a business model, evaluate their progress and impact on youth and write their own Motivator Maps for new creative programming. Each day builds upon the day before so that participants can leave the Institute ready to lead their community to new educational heights. ECRC Institutes provide in-depth training for both professional growth and expert competence with already published or to be constructed curriculum materials.
