Management Team

Educators for Connecting Research to the K-16 Classroom (ECRC) will rely on a core management team. This core management group will be comprised of the following people. Decision-making for Level I, Level II and Level III status and project implementation will be a team consensus decision.
Director / K-16 Translator
The Director will have the responsibility of facilitating K-16 connections, overseeing all projects using the Cost Value Review system and acting as one of the key translators between K-16 educators and researchers.
K-16 Translators / Facilitators
Teachers are the critical members of the ECRC team. They will lead the researchers' development as well as the teachers' involvement in piloting and refining the program materials. Teachers will be employed to implement programs contracted by ECRC.
Administrative Assistant / Grant Writer
With success, ECRC anticipates the need for facilitating the development of an idea and a professional team. Grant writing could directly assist Level II and Level III projects as well as the organizational capacity of ECRC.
International Consultant
ECRC will maintain one field consultant who has global access to education programs. This person will be responsible for promoting direct contact with other educators, identifying specific education needs and then facilitating international relationships and programs.
Web Developer
The ECRC Web Developer will maintain the organization's Internet websites at FieldToClassroom.com and MotivationEducation.org. The Webmaster may also become an integral member of any project if the project warrants technological expertise.
Technology Specialists
Technology specialists are available on an as needed basis.
Project Staffing
Each project will be reviewed by the team for staffing needs that will exist beyond the core ECRC management team.
NOTE: All members of ECRC's core team possess teacher training skills and a proven ability to implement and evaluate education programs.
